SUMMARY

We do not provide refunds for purchases made in our store. All purchases are to be exchanged of the same value or higher with customers paying the difference of sum to the seller.

RETURN

To be eligible for a return,
• The product packaging should not be opened. If the buyer has received the wrong item, please notify the seller immediately.
• The product must be unused in the original packaging and good condition as received.
• We will not be able to process return / refund for items that have been used or opened. We will only be able to process defective items.
• Items that are sold on Sale are also not eligible for return, unless received defective.

To complete the Return process,
• Send the receipt or proof of purchase order
• Proof of defective item (photo & video)
• Detailed description of the issue

EXCHANGE ITEM

Items are replaceable only if;
• The item received is defective or damaged, please inform the Seller immediately and we will provide an exchange of the same item for your purchases.
• We had wrongly sent the item you have purchased.
• The item the Buyer had purchased is no longer available or out of stock, we may ask the Buyer to exchange for another item that is equally priced to the purchased item. 

Depending on where the Buyer’s location is, the time taken for exchanged product to reach the Buyer may vary.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To return your product,
• Please notify the Seller immediately.
• The Buyer will be responsible for paying for their shipping costs for returning the item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Please pack the item properly with bubble wrap to the item before returning it.
