To place an order on our website, add the products you want to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to enter your shipping and billing information. Once you have completed the checkout process, you will be redirected to our Business WhatsApp account to review the order and make payment.

Upon successful payment, your order will either be sent via courier or Lalamove (same-day delivery) depending on your given preference.

Lalamove Delivery within Klang Valley: Same-day delivery

GDEX Courier for West & East Malaysia: We ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Lalamove Delivery within Klang Valley – You will be provided with real-time tracking update.

GDEX Courier for West & East Malaysia – You will be notified via WhatsApp containing a unique tracking number for you to keep track of the status of your parcel at all times.

Devices – 90 days warranty from the date of purchase based on selected brands for exchange / replacement / fix

Disposables – 1-2 days warranty for exchange / replacement

Liquids – Not covered unless proven to be of manufacturing defect
